With an unwavering commitment to excellence, we source the finest milk and cream directly from our partner farms in Somerset, ensuring that every product we create is of the highest quality.
Our manufacturing facility, located on the historic Cholmondeley Estate in Cheshire, produces our award-winning Cultured Butter and Greek Yoghurt. These products stand out in the market for their unique flavours and exceptional quality, earning us recognition and numerous accolades.

Innovation is at the heart of what we do. We are proud to be the first UK dairy to introduce large-format glass containers into retail, in partnership with M&S, setting a new standard for sustainability in the dairy industry. Additionally, we were the pioneers in supplying refillable milk kegs for the food service sector, further emphasizing our commitment to reducing waste and promoting eco-friendly practices.
The Estate Dairy are a family business, owned by joint directors and husband and wife team Shaun and Rebecca Young. Shaun worked in the coffee industry for 5 years prior to founding The Estate Dairy in 2016. For Rebecca, it’s a little closer to home as her family were dairy farmers throughout her childhood. Joining Shaun and Rebecca is Andrew, Rebeccas’s brother, who heads up The Estate Dairy Cultured Butter productions and brings 8 years of experience working in butter production.
