The Estate Dairy is a collective of young passionate individuals dedicated to producing and bottling the highest quality milk and cream. We source the richest milk from the Chew Valley, which is located right in the heart of the Bristol countryside. Our milk and creams are produced from our pedigree Guernsey cows resulting in milk with a unique golden colour and a beautifully rich flavour.
Drawing from more than 10 years of research into the complex makeup of milk and how it behaves, the team are devoted to the pursuit of bringing our customers exceptional dairy produce all from traceable single farm gates. Our experience in farming, scientific research and hospitality means we have an unrivalled perspective on what can be achieved for the speciality culinary industries.
Sustainability is important to us which is why we work with forward-thinking farms and suppliers. Established over 6 years, The Estate Dairy is highly regarded as one of London’s leading dairy suppliers. We are proud to be working with industry-leading hotels, speciality cafes and restaurants, as well as serving Londoners with our home delivery service.
The Estate Dairy are a family business, owned by joint directors and husband and wife team Shaun and Rebecca Young. Shaun worked in the coffee industry for 5 years prior to founding The Estate Dairy in 2016. For Rebecca, it’s a little closer to home as her family were dairy farmers throughout her childhood. Joining Shaun and Rebecca is Andrew, Rebeccas’s brother, who heads up The Estate Dairy Cultured Butter productions and brings 8 years of experience working in butter production.
The total Estate Dairy team are a wide family of 35 across drivers, as well as our warehouse and office staff.
