We source the richest milk from small, local family farm holdings that share our ethos for quality and sustainability. Resulting in milk with a unique golden colour, as well as butter and creams with a beautifully rich flavour.
Gently pasteurised and never homogenised our milk is available whole or semi-skimmed. Our milk has a unique golden colour and a beautiful rich flavour. From farm gates direct to your door.
Our cultured butter is churned on Wallstone Farm in the heart of the Cheshire Countryside. Produced with The Estate Dairy double cream it’s truly one of the richest tasting butters on the market. Choose between our original salted butter or three unique flavours.
Containing absolutely no additives, or stabilisers, our yoghurt is cultured with lactobacillus culture. Once milked from our pedigree Guernsey herd, the whole milk used for our yoghurt undergoes gentle pasteurisation. It is then strained in a traditional way, resulting in this rich, thick, dense yoghurt, packed full of flavour.
