We source the richest milk from the Chew Valley, located right in the heart of the Bristol countryside. Our milk and cream is produced from our Guernsey cows which gives our milk a unique golden colour and a beautiful rich flavour.
Gently pasteurised and never homogenised our milk is available whole or semi-skimmed. Our milk is produced from pedigree Guernsey cows resulting in a unique golden colour and a beautiful rich flavour. From single farm gate direct to your door, provenance is guaranteed.
Our cultured butter is churned on Wallstone Farm in the heart of the Cheshire Countryside. Produced with The Estate Dairy double cream it’s truly one of the richest tasting butters on the market. Choose between our original salted butter or three unique flavours.
Containing absolutely no additives, or stabilisers, our yoghurt is cultured with lactobacillus culture. Once milked from our pedigree Guernsey herd, the whole milk used for our yoghurt undergoes gentle pasteurisation. It is then strained in a traditional way, resulting in this rich, thick, dense yoghurt, packed full of flavour.
