Godminster Organic Waxed Truffle Cheddar

Our deliciously smooth and creamy cheese, Godminster’s Vintage Organic Truffle Cheddar is a multi-award-winning cheddar, covered in our distinctive black wax. It is available as either a round or heart-shaped truckle.
The cheddar is made to a traditional 90-year-old recipe and matured for up to 12 months.  At that point, we select the very best cheese to be made into one of our award-winning truckles. It has a rich depth of flavour with a smooth texture. Delicious on its own or as part of the perfect cheeseboard, Godminster cheddar is also a versatile ingredient in many showstopping recipes.
