Cottage cheese has lived under the shadow of diet culture for a long time, made to be light rather than enjoyed. Our cottage cheese is built the other way around. It’s the first cottage cheese in the UK made with Jersey milk, dressed with Jersey cream, and seasoned with Pinchful® sea salt. Just four ingredients, including live cultures.

Why Jersey Milk?

Jersey cows produce milk with naturally higher fat and protein than the standard British dairy herd.

That gives our cottage cheese its thick, less dressed texture, with the richness coming from the milk itself. When the ingredients list is this short, the milk does most of the work, which is why we chose Jersey cows.

Each 450g pot contains 61g of naturally derived protein and 7.5% fat, which as far as we are aware makes it the highest-protein full-fat cottage cheese in the UK. The richness comes naturally from Jersey milk, not from added protein isolates or thickeners. Where many high-protein products lean on additives, ours is rich because the milk is.

Considered Seasoning

We season our cottage cheese with Pinchful® sea salt, a naturally formed, mineral-rich salt that brings balance rather than intensity. With around 30% less sodium than standard table salt, it lifts the curds without masking them.
